What is the best way to care for my jewelry?
Honey by kait pieces are made from 925 sterling silver, and plated with 14k gold. Because they are not purely solid gold, we strongly recommend to avoid wearing honey by kait in water or while exercising, as our pieces are gold plated and may tarnish over time when exposed to these conditions. It is also advised to avoid lotions and hand sanitizers.
How long does international shipping take and do I have to pay customs or tariffs?
International shipping ranges from 7-21 business days to arrive to you. Our website pricing does not include any of the duties, taxes, or customs charges your package may incur when it arrives to you. Please contact the customs agency officials to find out more about your countries customs policies. They vary depending on the country and will not be covered by honey by kait.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer standard USPS shipping at a rate of $5 for domestic orders. International order rates vary depending on the region, and international honeybabes have the option to upgrade to faster shipping via DHL.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your order ships from our HQ, you will receive a second email with a tracking number. Please note that as soon as your order is hand-packed by our team and leaves our HQ, we will hand it over to a third party who will facilitate in delivering your order to you safely. All inquiries regarding the route and whereabouts of your order after it leaves our HQ must be sent to the carrier.
