Refund policy
Returns
Returns and refunds are only accepted if item is unworn and in original packaging with box, stickers, etc, within 14 days of receipt. We do not provide customers with shipping labels for returns, or refund for shipping. We do not refund orders that have been returned due to a failure to pay customs/duties/fees incurred by the customer.Â
Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.Â
Exchanges
We only replace/repair items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@honeybykait.com and we are happy to help.Â
